Shipping Policy
MicroControl Systems ships all products from Escanaba, Michigan, USA.
Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the continental United States (lower 48 states). We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Shipping Rates
A flat rate of $14.95 is added to every order, regardless of the number of items.
Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery by USPS or UPS Ground generally takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is included in your shipment confirmation email. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
