We stand behind our products. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. To be eligible, the product must be:

  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Free of physical damage caused by the customer
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

30-Day Warranty

All products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the date of delivery. If your product fails under normal use within this period, we will repair or replace it at no charge, or refund the purchase price at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, improper installation, exposure to conditions outside the product’s rated specifications, or normal wear and tear.

How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

Email [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. Return shipping for defective items covered under warranty is paid by MicroControl Systems.
